Dear Farrington,
Repair & statue of Queen Victoria, Hong Kong
With reference to your letter of the 26th February, the information contained in it was sent out to Hong Kong. It so happens that 3 days after we had a despatch in reply saying that the Hong Kong Government have decided to defer further consideration of this matter until a proposal for re-planning the area has been able to be further considered.
